Buying a Sunêlia club card you can get many avantages :
The hiring becomes effective only with our agrremetn (subject to availabilities) and after reception of the booking request filled in complety and signed and reception of a down payment as written on the booking request.
The balance of the stay amount is fully payable :
Payments shall be made to the order of Sarl Camping du Col d'Ibardin in Urrugne. No reduction will be granted for the late arrivals and no refund will be granted in the event of an advanced departure. Any stay started is owed in full. Any reservation cancellation must be sent by post (registered letter):
The cancellation insurrance included in the booking fees subscribed for the reservation included cancellations for hospitalisation, serious disease, unemployment, acts of God, with documentary evidence. All tenants and campers must be insured. The campsite disclaims any liability for theft, fire, bad weather or other damage with the responsability of the tenant or camper.
The reserved spot is made available to the camper from 02:00pm on the agreed arrival date until 12:00am on the departure date. Th accommoadtion is available to the renter from Saturday after 04:00pm until next Saturday til 10:00am.
Dogs are not allowed in the rented accommodation. They should be kept on a leash on the camp ground.
For accommodation rentals, a €260 (€200+€60) deposit will be required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay, after deducting the cost of any possibly missing piece of equipment and all repair or cleaning cost (€60).
